Our story

A small bakery with a big following.

Bosque Baking Company started out baking for Albuquerque's Downtown Growers' Market. The following grew so fast that the bakers opened a storefront of their own at 922 Coal Ave SW, on the edge of downtown.

Inside: the smell of fresh bread, an open kitchen, a bakery case full of loaves and cookies, and wooden tables by the big front windows, a nice spot for a cup of tea and a cookie.
